Ok, the soap itself does a great job but use less soap to water ratio than they suggest otherwise it attracts dirt to that spot. If you dilute it more it still does a GREAT job and the spot does not attract dirt.

Great formula and I agree with the only other review on this product use less than the bottle suggests. It's a wonderful smelling product and most importantly it really works well at attracting dirt. Don't question it just buy and try it for yourself.

This product has saved my carpet. Occasionaly my dog will have an accident and this product does the trick cleaning it up.

This is great for the Little Green steam machine! Although if you clean many carpets, like the whole house, you might want to buy two bottles so you have an extra on hand in case an accident happens. Just sayin :)

I ordered the Little Green Machine from Amazon and it came along with a small size Cleaner Liquid but I ordered the 32 ounce bottle as well. Let me tell you this is the best purchase I have made. I spent lots of money on all sorts of carpet cleaner sprays, powders, etc and NOTHING works like this little big machine and the Advanced Formula Cleaner! It doesn't do that well on badly set in stains but if you use it immediately it's a miracle. I keep it handy ready for all emergencies. It's a winner.

This little guy does exactly what it's supposed to. Over the last 10 yrs I've actually been borrowing my MIL's little green whenever I needed it. It's always worked great. Finally got around to just purchasing my own, especially since I knew I would be happy with my purchase. Would highly recommend.

This little bissell 2x cleaner is a big disappointment. I will purchase another brand that will clean better. The frangrance lasts not very long and I do not have pets in my house.

Bissell's Little Green carpet machine is a must have item in our house. We recently had a cat get sick and we dealt with throw up on a pretty much daily basis for 4+ months, sometimes 2-3 times a day. During that time we experimented with a lot of different soap products for the Green Machine and this 2X Advanced Formula was easily the best one that we tried, especially in regards to how your carpet smells after cleaning. This formula smells really nice and it works great on stains. Overall this is a great formula and a significant improvement over the non concentrate Bissell formula that we used to use.

We tried using a more dilute mixture with this, as one of the reviews on here suggests, and we simply didn't get the same results. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't a huge difference but there was a noticeable difference. We tried multiple weaker dilutions side by side with the recommended dilution and there was a very clear difference. We dont have a problem with the soap attracting dirt as we always do a 100% water rinse after using soap. This was a tip passed down from our professional carpet guy that we bring in a couple times a year to clean our carpet. We have been using him for over 15 years and the man knows almost everything there is to know about carpets. He basically told us that if we were going to use bissell machines that we had to make sure to get all of the soap out of the carpet. This is an issue with the home carpet machines as they dont have anywhere near the suction that the professional machines have. The best way to make sure your getting the soap out is to do a 100% water rinse after using the soap. In fact, he recommended going over it twice with water. If you dont get all the soap up then yes, it will eventually dry and become sticky and this will attract dirt and make your carpet get dirty faster. On top of that, the soap itself can actually damage the carpet fibers when left on for long periods.

I personally recommend using this soap at the recommended dilution, especially if your dealing with a noticeably dirty carpet or a stain. Just make sure you go back over it one or two times with just water to make use your getting all of the soap up. That's how we do it and we have had nothing but great results. Then again, I would recommend doing the water rinse even if you did decide to dilute this formula a bit more.

Bottom line - We consider our Bissell an absolute godsend and have no doubt whatsoever that our carpet would have been toast a LONG time ago if it weren't for our Bissell. With that being said, this 2x Advanced Formula is the best cleaning formula we have tried yet. Together with a Bissell...well, they create a one two punch that very few stains can stand up too. If you have kids or animals, a Bissell and a bottle of 2x Advanced Cleaning Formula should be considered absolutely mandatory!

I recently bought this, along with my new Bissell Little Green Machine; andI have to say it does a great job. Although I think the next time I can use a little less than what's recommended on the bottle and still get a very good cleaning job. My first attempt was cleaning some carpeted stairs that get a lot of traffic; now I'm ready to tackle the car upholstery and rugs. I suspect this product will do any job very nicely.
