I had found that the most well-known security package interfered with many operations of my computer, so I uninstalled it and installed the BitDefende package. Although I have used BitDefender only a few days, I have been highly impressive with its performance and the fact that it is not adversely affecting any other operation of my computer. A great product and one which I am recommending to family and friends.

Perhaps Bitdefender was incompatible with my PC ----but is sure screwed it up--BIG TIME. It cost me over $100 to have my computer doctor to right the mess. I followed all the directions to a tee, and this security program just made more problems. Never again will I order this product. AMAZON was wonderful---refunded my money. THANK YOU AMAZON!!!

when i first got it.. I thought this IS great. I made the mistake of throwing the box away.. so I do not think I can return it. In a very short time. It conflicted with something in my computer. Techincal help was disapointing. I bought another security software package and am now using it. Lesson learned.. do not throw the box away .. give it a week or so to see how the new software performs.
