Excellent set of CD's. I worked with Ms. Roth's books when they first came out many years ago, and I found them extremely helpful in dealing with my eating/weight issues. Her approach has matured and become even better since that time.

After years of reading Geneen's Prevention Magazine column, I bought this at a time when I was at my wits' end about my food addiction. Finally, I feel I have the tools to get to the heart of my issues & move on! This isn't a fix-it-quick plan, takes some work---but nothing I have tried has ever given me the hope of WHY I have been on this weight roller coaster for my entire adult life. I feel free of it & know that as I go into my 60's, the journey - not the end - is the work. Geeneen has a great soothing, yet fun voice which makes listening a pleasure. Would recommend this to anyone facing weight or any other addictive issues.
