It is 34" long, with a 2 3/4" barrel, closed end bat. This is the same bat used to carry the Ken Griffey Jr. signature, but does not anymore. This bat and ball are great for baseball games in the park on grass or any surface field. This bat provides two times the pop of a open ended plastic baseball bat. Select CSI model # 21067 9" perforated type fun balls and the CSI 03128 battery powered polyball pitching machine to give your players the greatest and safest practice batting experience with this bat.

I think this bat works really well as a wiffle ball bat and has a great likeness of a real wood bat. It swings well and works great. It is much better than the yellow stick bat. I totally recommend it!

*Sturdy *The ball flies off of it *Black, not ugly yellow *Looks and feels, minus the weight, like an official Major League baseball bat *Unfortunately, it's a very pricy, but we still love it.
