About the Author
Frank Driggs, noted jazz historian, record producer, and photo archivist, operates the renowned Frank Driggs Collection of jazz history and American popular culture. Harris Lewine, acclaimed art director and book packager, has worked in jazz at Riverside Records, been art director for five major publishing houses, and written, co-written, and edited a myriad of books.
