This review is from: Black Candy (Paperback)
Black Candy is a dark and disturbing graphic novel about a secret lab, a failed romance, and a man who volunteers for clinical testing in order to pay the bills. His exploration of how far people will go in the name of science can be chilling.

Sensitive readers whould be warned that there is a fair amount of male nudity in this book - not for children, obviously. I would also recommend giving it a second chance if you don't quite "get it" the first time you read it through. It's one that needs some time to settle in.

It's definitely worth checking out, especially if you liked the X-Files or enjoy a good conspiracy theory now and again.
