I purchased this teapot for a family member. It is very study, arrived well packaged and is a good size. The detail work on the pot is beautiful and it is very classy and well made. My family member loves it and I was pleased with this purchase. The pot arrived earlier than the original estimated time given.

I use this teapot everyday since I work from home. I compared prices at different places before settling with this product. For instance, Teavana is much more expensive although the products look identical. Anyway, I love this teapot!
