CATALINA PBY'S ON THE LOOSE
A TRUE ACCOUNT OF HOW THE CATALINA FLYING BOAT HELPED WIN THE WAR IN THE PACIFIC. IT HAS LOTS OF PHOTOS AND PERSONAL ACCOUNTS.

Solid reporting on their history, would be nice to have a bit more fleshing out of the day to day experiences or lives of the participants.

This is a good book covering a little covered subject. I am in the military and we had a blakc cat vet come in and talk to us. After he talked to us I went home and bought this book to read about what he told us. Just amazing, as a pilot I can't believe what they used to do, the guts a courage is amazing. I had a hard time putting the book down.
If you have ant interest in the Catalina in WWII, get this book.
