This is then the style of historical hero adventure you will get with the Black Coat. War is brewing, and a secret society has designs on the Black Coat's home town. Mad scientists experimetns to make superstrong foes, pirates, spy organisations, and more, than this an entertaining and more intelligent than it sounds story.
