I gave the seller a 5 star for speed and price, but I gave them a 1 star for the item. This is an average of 3 stars. It was sold as "new", but the lid had drips of coffee on it and there were drips of coffee inside the carafe. It did not appear to be "new".

From the other reviews i see people talk about the coffee maker leaking. It will leak if it is not installed correctly that's for sure. I have not had any problems with it. I have had a the older black & Decker coffee maker for almost 10 years now and due to my wife breaking the pot and me not being able to find a replacement i seen this one and bought it even after seeing the many reviews about it leaking because the older one did the same thing if you did not install it right. Its well worth the money and its the only under the counter coffee maker on the market at this time.
