Arrived quickly and packaged safely. I bought this set to go with a Black & Decker electric drill I purchased also through Amazon. These are great for use around the home, inside and out, and at a very reasonable price. Would recommend this product.

Its simple and effective and works :). I used this with my black and decker 12V Cordless drill I ordered on Amazon and it worked great. Drilled in to drywall just fine. Its great for the price.

The Black and Decker 10 piece bit set is sold on line and in most big box stores and are priced around 6-12 dollars. Matereal appears to be a low grade steel which dulled and broke easily when used on iron or steel. For matereals such as wood, plastic and sheet rock, these bits should be adequate for the average home owner or hobbiest. Should not be used on anything harder then aluminum.

Invited to write a review of drill bits. Well, why not. There are ten of them. They fit into a little rubbery container so you can keep them organized in your toolbox. Actually, I like that part. The original drill bits that came with my drill live in a hard plastic case where you have to snap them in and out longwise with a great deal of force, and the sharp edges on the cutting portion don't make that fun. So the rubbery part is a nice feature. But really, it's a cheap set of 10 drill bits, not a lot to say.

My expectations for these bits weren't very high, but they still managed to leave me somewhat disappointed. I broke one of the smaller bits nearly effortlessly right off the bat. The holder isn't spectacular either. For the effort it takes to put the bits into it, you'd think they would be pretty secure, but they're not.

You get what you pay for though. They do the job, and for the price you could do worse.

So I bought these bits because I really only needed two of them, the 1/8 and 1/16 sizes. These are well made, as any product from Black & Decker should be. The metal feels strong, and the tip of the bits are sharp as well. I'm only using them to drill into plastic miniature models, but they make for quick and smooth holes. My only drawbacks are the clamshell package and the bit holder holds the bits a bit too tight (Bet you can't say that 5 times fast!) So it's somewhat of a struggle to pull these things out.

All in all, good product though.

These are perfect sizes at a great price. Have used almost every one of them already. Great for any project.

These drill bits were ordered in conjunction with a drill/screwdriver as an accessory. The drill bits do not fit in the drill/screwdriver that we purchased. We kept the drill bits because they do fit in another drill, but I am not thrilled that I bought them for one piece of equipment and they do not work there, especially when they came up as an accessory for my order.

Perhaps, they are not the best around, but they do the job. I made a few holes in a wall using a hand-held drill.

Should have read reviews before ordering these drill bits. They were ordered in conjunction with Black & Decker Pivot Plus Screwdriver (PD600). The drill bits were listed as frequently purchased with the screwdriver so it was assumed the bits would fit. That was an incorrect assumption. They don't fit. Amazon should correct their listing by eliminating these bits from those frequently purchased with the screwdriver. After reading the reviews it's obvious that several other customers were also mislead.
