We've owned these Black & Decker Cordless Power Scissors for three years now with not one complaint. No problem to charge .... maintains a l-o-n-g charge .... cuts everything we've needed it for .... it's the "second" saviour at Christmas time.... it's FAST !
We'd recommend these to any adult ... even bought a pair for our kids families. ( NOT to be used by children without adult supervision )

the scissors have been good so far... but I have not used them for a long enough time to know for sure, just how good they are.
