I bought this as a gift for my son and his family, and they love it, especially the auto shut-off feature. They've used it for almost a year, and no problems. Heats really quick, cord is perfect, no problems with steaming things, and it looks nice, too! Arrived fast, in good condition, and I'd buy again.
