The level comes with a nail system that is what makes it stand on the walls. The problem is that if you use this nail (in order to use the level as showed in the advertising pictures), you will leave a small, noticeable whole in your wall(!). There is no way of using the graded wheel that forms the base of the level without "nailing" it. This makes it very poorly design and only suitable to use fully either in places where you wouldn't mind leaving a small whole or during construction times, when you know the wall your are working will be later be repainted. of course, who would be interested in hanging a picture then?

A low priced entry level laser level that's good for everyday use around the home. Comes with vertical and horizontal bubble levels, a self attaching mechanism (it's basically a built-in nail) as well as an attachment to adhere to an existing nail/screw. The beam covers long distances (12ft+) and is visible even with the lights on (although it can be faint if it's under direct lighting); horizontal adjustment is easy once mounted.

It won't solve all your leveling needs, but with it's low a price it will more than pay for itself.

The laser level part works perfectly. However, attaching it to the wall doesn't work too well. The pin that's provided with the laser level sucks and leaves big holes in the wall. I ended up using some double-sided tape to hold it to the wall. That worked pretty well.
