I liked the way it worked. I just had trouble getting the accessories on it. I pushed with all my might but could not get them on. I finally found something to push against it, and it finally went on.

Great product for the use. In the electrical engineering field and needed this product for numerous mother board, wiring, etc. repair issues. Works great for the uses I needed it to. BUT DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION!!! This auction was for a B&D Heat Pro Plus, but in the description it CLAIMS it comes with "a convenient and rugged plastic carrying case". Which is not the case (no pun intended). One of the major selling points on this product over all others is that it came with a carrying case. I am just sending a warning if that is going to persuade you as well, don't buy it just for that reason. If you DO want the carrying case you would need to purchase the B&D Heat Pro DELUXE edition. Same heating tool, more accessories and a case.
