Very nice drill, but not the one described,

As another reviewed discovered, this drill does not have the removeable chuck. It also does not have a 24 step clutch. It does have a 5 step clutch (which should really be enough for anyone). It also seems very well made (although the case leaves a lot to be desired).
Amazon did offer us a refund, but since it was given as a gift, we declined.

4-1/2 stars really,

I know "real" DIYers might scoff at B&D, but I'm totally satisfied with this drill. The 18v has a lot of oomph for everything but the toughest screws, which usually are difficult to hand-screw so I understand a power screwdriver wouldn't have the torque.
I've had it over a month and it's still going strong - granted, I don't use it everyday, but it's held its charge for longer than I would have expected and longer than what I experienced with a Ryobi 14.4v driver. Overall - I'd give this 4-1/2 stars and highly recommend it for it's useful charge time, powerful torque, and pricepoint.
