Ok, these batteries are $30 a piece. So basically you're getting the drill, which is quite decent, and two-thirds of the second battery for FREE. You really can't go wrong.

I do highly recommend getting one of the stand alone chargers for these. There is a multi-voltage single battery charger and a dual battery 14.4v only charger available each less than $30. Without the charger you have to plug the drill itself in to charge the attached battery; the stand alone charger also does a FAR better job of charging the battery.

The drill itself is quite fair. I received one a couple years ago as a gift and so far I really don't have any complaints. I am ordering this as a second so that I will now have 2 identical drills, 4 batteries, and a charger. Lately I've been drilling a lot of pocket holes. The other day I did about 5 dozen pocket holes, then a few 1/4" with a 7/16" flat countersink in 3/8" thick UHMW plastic, followed by a 1 1/4" in the same plastic with a spade bit. The battery was getting a little tired by the end of the 1 1/4" hole, but I could probably still drill another 5 dozen pocket holes on the charge.

A person could order two of these kits and a charger for about $100 and have a great setup. Two drills (or heck even three at this price) is handy for not having to change out bits over and over, and when you have a pile of interchangeable spare batteries and say the two battery charger, well, its a great way to get lots of work done without interruption.

I ordered the drill to finish my deck after my old drill died. It had plenty of power and a long battery life for screwing in 2.5" deck screws. Definitely a great value for the price.

Great drill for the money. Nice and compact. I did order an additional quick charger because I can't wait 3 hours to charge the battery.

So far this product has met all my expectations. Too bad I do not need more than one. However, I might give as gifts this holiday season.

The price was very good, and the drill worked perfectly. I also received two batteries. As it was less expensive to buy this kit rather than just one new battery, I feel that I received a very good deal.

It was even a better deal than I expected. Received very quickly and a great deal.

Bought this to replace the same type we previously had. We only use very occasionally, so did not want to spend a lot. What a surprise this is wonderful, we are both thrilled with the condition and the performance.

Got this drill to use for some of my wood working projects and for around the house. I did not want to spend a fortune on a drill that would not be used heavily but wanted something not too heavy. This really fills the bill. I keep on battery plugged up and the second on the drill. My only complaint is that there is not a green charged light on the charger (how do you know when it is charged??) nor an indicator for remaining battery on the drill.
