This is a great product once you learn how to use it. It took forever for me to find it, I even ordered it from a few other websites and had no luck. You are a very luck person if you get your hands on this little appliance.

This is the coolest little can opener! I have used other battery powered can openers in the past, which were difficult to use, or stopped working after a while. This one is very compact, I can take it along on trips. Can openers can be VERY painful to use with arthritis; here is a great solution. It also has a power cord for recharging the battery.

I have a little difficulty remembering how to place this on the can to use it, but when it is attached correctly, IT IS WONDERFUL ! Opens cans quickly and is rechargeable so we don't need batteries - it charges quickly and does a good job. I would recommend it highly.

I have trouble using hand operated can openers due to arthritis in my hands. I bought this one for my neighbor's birthday as she is losing the use of her hands due to neuropothy. We both appreciate the fact that someone came up with a can opener that is useful and doesn't cause pain to use. Thanks to whoever invented the Gizmo!

I have a gizmo that I use every day I love it I have been looking for a couple of years for another just like it and couldn't find one in the store when I found it on Amazon I ordered 2 just to be sure I will always have one they are handy in the kitchen and last a long time I have had mine for about 5 years and it still works great

I've owned the Gizmo GC100 for several years. I purchased it because I originally had a similar can opener by another manufacturer and I loved it! When it finally quit, I could no longer find it, so I bought the Gizmo. I find it very frustrating to use! It sometimes takes 8 or 10 tries before it finally pierces the can and begins to open it! Once it does "catch", I have no complaints, however, I don't like having to put up with multiple attempts before it works. I'm tired enough to be looking for something different.

I knew this was a quality product when it worked for my husband. He tends to be rather cynical about rechargeable products but really loves this one. To bad they no longer make them.

I have had my current Black and Decker Gizmo for about 9 years with no complaints. Now I am having to replace it because the battery is no longer recharging. I've looked in my local stores for this and have had to come to the internet to find it. I can't wait to get my new one because I just LOVE the convenience of being able to carry this to the sink or stove to use. It is great, great, GREAT!
