I bought this coffee maker four months ago and it has already given up. It has had very little use. The coffee it made was tepid but I don't have to worry about that anymore.
I won't be buying another Black and Decker product if I can avoid it.

This Black & Decker DLX850 coffee pot was cheap (about $20.00 at KMart last year.) It brewed an excellent pot of coffee and the swing out basket was a great feature for cleanup, etc. Easy to fill and has water level indicator. The "Pause and serve" feature was great too!
However, the switch failed within less than a year and now I can't find the same pot anymore, locally.
For the $20 price tag it can't be beat! I see that I can find another one on Amazon or a few other places, but with shipping they would cost alot more than I originally paid. (I bought a Cuisinart to replace it, for which I have posted a review, today. I hope the new coffee maker lasts 2 or more years! I did, after all, pay more than twice as much for this new one!)

This product hasn't failed me yet, so I really don't know what to say. It has nice glass thingy and a nice white color. Sorry I can't help you with this. It's easy to operate.

Nice coffee maker. It was worth the trouble to have it shipped to Japan. I hate 5 or 6 cups coffee makers.
