The DR650K is a real workhorse, designed for rugged use under tough conditions. Its reversing brush system gives you full power in forward or reverse, and its metal gear housing and jampot construction promise years of long life and reliable performance. But this hammer drill is not all work and no comfort. It features a 360-degree side handle with a depth rod for uncommon control, a mid-handle design for great balance, and a soft grip that gives your fingers real traction for precision drilling and driving.
This model has a 6.5 amp motor with two speeds, 0 to 1,000 and 0 to 3,000 rpm; it operates at a hammer speed of 51,000 bpm. The DR650K offers a 1/2-inch capacity in steel or concrete, and 1-1/4-inch capacity in wood. This kit comes with a chuck key and holder, side handle, depth rod, and a kit box to keep it all together and organized.
Applications:
The DR650K drills holes and drives fasteners in concrete, masonry, stone, wood, metal, and plastic. It can be used to drill holes in concrete footings to pin concrete wall forms, or to drill holes in concrete floors to pin wall framing.

I got the item as ordered, but the carrying case is canvas bag (not as pictured above), which is an improvement. The drill is exactly what I needed and rugged enough to last forever for the occasional projects, when cordless is just not powerful enough. I would have preferred a keyless chuck, but the attaching device makes it nearly impossible to misplace.
This was through an Amazon partner and I was a bit disappointed with length of time to receive. It was all spelled out ahead of time and it arrived on-time, but still took about 8 days from start to finish.
