When I couldn't find this carafe in any store, I thought I was going to have to throw this coffee maker away and buy a new one. I decided to search online and there it was!! And it was at a very reasonable price. It arrived the next day. I was Thrilled . Thank you so much Amazon....Your the best.

Although my coffeemaker model was listed as one that this carafe fits, it was too short. Because of this, the coffee didn't drain from the basket. I live in LA, and can't believe it's so hard to find a Black & Decker replacement! I had to throw out the coffee maker, and replaced it with a Mr. Coffee that cost less than this replacement was with shipping.

This design of drip coffee maker is the best on the market I think. This carafe in particular does not dribble like a lot of designs of drip coffee pots tend to do. I have had this model for several years. My one complaint is that the pot seems to be rather fragile and prone to breaking. I go through a carafe about once a year. Luckily there are replacements...

$20 is expensive, but it's a nice carafe and the coffeemaker isn't much use if you break the carafe that came with it.

It works to spec. What else can you say about a coffee machine glass carafe?

The caraff is fine. Easy to clean and pours well. BUT the lid had little feet on its hinge and already one is broken. If the rest break the caraff is useless as the lid will not stay on. How you I get another lid without having to buy a complete caraff.

This replacement carafe is better than the original that came with the coffeemaker. It doesn't drip when pouring like the old one did.
