The coffee maker works fine. But, you may as well buy a new coffee maker if the carafe breaks. You can't find replacements in any retail stores and buying on line makes the cost of a replacement out of sight. I'm just going throw out the Black and Decker and buy a Mr. Coffee. All retail outlets seem to have the replace carafes readily available. With a Mr. Coffee you won't have to wait 3 to 5 days for a cup of coffee!

I ordered this replacement carage because I broke the original one. I really like the coffee maker itself and this carafe was all I neede to make it work. The carafe is well made, easy to clean, and holds the right amount.

The pot doesn't fit the model although the numbers and all matched up. The spout on the pot doesn't allow pouring without it dripping all over. Even tried to use the side to pour- no luck. Can make coffee for now but Christmas I have replaced with a new Bunn 3 min. coffee pot. Yeah.

It was a frustration to break the carafe of my six-month-old Black & Decker 12-cup coffee maker (Model C-5050) and even more of a frustration to be unable to find the replacement model C5050-04 anywhere. A supposed replacement (said it was on the packaging) turned out to be too short to operate correctly. So it was with some trepidation that I ordered model GC2000B from Amazon. When I received it, I discovered that two lids were included, one of which made the carafe tall enough to work with my machine. In addition the replacement did not have a plastic lip around the top as did the original, which had made it impossible to completely empty the carafe. So this one is actually better than the original!

I have spent two hours looking for a replacement carafe for my almost new Black & Decker. I found this one but it is for another model number. I have also discovered that it cost almost as much to buy a new carafe as it does to buy a new coffee maker. What a waste. I agree with the previous reviewer. My one star rating has nothing to do with the product, only with the concept of having to spend $33.00 for a replacement carafe, because there is no Black and Decker coffee maker using a non-thermal carafe worth this type of investment. If you have to replace this carafe (because it broke, I assume) do yourself a favor and put the $33.00 toward a real coffee maker like the Zojirushi EC-BD15 Fresh Brew Thermal Carafe Coffee Maker.

This Carafe was exactly as described. It works just like the original. It saved me $30 since I didn't have to replace the whole coffee maker. It comes with two lids, with different size nobs on top, but I saved the old lid from my original carafe, just in case these didn't work. The lids are interchangeable so you pick the one that works best with your coffeemaker. So I'm very satisfied.

The Black & Decker GC3000B 12 Cup Replacement Carafe is not the the replacement for the Black & Decker CM1650B Coffeemaker. Your website pops it up along side of this coffeemaker and it is incorrect and misleading! Please remove.

When I discovered that I had severely cracked my original Black & Decker carafe, I knew I could count on Amazon to find a replacement! And I was right. It shipped promptly and works as well as the original - only difference is that the cup marks are only on one side of the carafe instead of both. Not a big deal, but as a leftie, I have to hold the carafe in my right hand when I'm filling it to see how much water to add.

I bought a cheap but great B&D coffee maker and then broke the original carafe it came with. This was a different model, but fit and works great! I recommend this product.
