I ordered this thinking it was also a temporary power supply, but I was very wrong.

It is only an inverter for powering your laptop etc, from the car.

Pro:
Can Charge Iphone/Ipod (USB) using your current cable!
Cute
Small
Airplane Adapter (can only be used in first class and maybe business class)
Comes with a nice case


Cons:
The case is a bit larger than I would have wanted

I have NOT used it yet in the car, but I will shortly and Ill update this review ASAP, just wanted to pass on to those looking that this is NOT a power "to go" portable power supply, it's an inverter only.

UPDATE JULY 21:

I used this in the car and it worked great for my Mac Book Pro 17" computer! :) LOVE IT for an inverter and will never buy another one of those ugly inverters again. Loved that it had the USB for my Iphone too!!! (probably wont power 2 computers, so I wouldnt try)

I ordered this product to run my gaming laptop while in the airplane. this product cannot charge my laptop while in use but does provide enough power to charge the laptop when not in use. This is a great product but be sure that your device does not use above 100 watts ( amps * 115 volts = watts ). I reviewed a lot of inverters and this is by far the best quality for price.

I bought this expecting to use it during plane flights to run my computer. When fully charged it would only power the computer for a maximum of 15 minutes. If fully charged the night before and unlugged/packed, it will loose all power/charge by the next morning. I purchased 3 of these all new and all 3 have he same problems. Not as advertised since it fails to even hold a charge for 8 hours and run time when freshly charged is a very small fraction of the long advertised run time. RUN from this product and find something else that actually works as advertised, but avoid this LEMON.
