This is automatically suggested when you buy the PSV1800. NOTE that this only works with the PHV1800, not the PSV1800 floor vac. You need the PVF200 model filter, not the PVF100.

Please do not make snide comments here...I trusted Amazon to suggest the right filter, they did not, so I have a useless PVF100.

This is a filter for a product that has to have it. The necessary evil is that B&D actually want me to replace this every whatever. Not necessary. Just clean it out. Otherwise, the money paid for new filters will rack up to over the price of the hand vacuum.

Nothing complicated here ... I needed a filter for the above referenced cordless vacuum sweeper and Amazon had it and got it to me. Overly expensive ... I'll do a bit more research next time for a better price. But no complaints

A must-have if you own the Black & Decker hand-held vac. Easy to clean; always have a spare on hand!!

This filer comes up as an automatic recommendation for Black & Decker Pivot Vac (PHV1810 model), but this recommendation is wrong because this filter was for an older PHV1800 model and does not fit the new vacuum.

This older filter is slightly smaller than the new model,and shaped more cone like. The right filter for PHV1810 model vac is PVF110.

A friend of mine has PHV 1800 and I was hoping to buy the same model so we can share the filters my friend bought in bulk. However by the time I got around to buying the vacuum, 1800 was not available, and 1800 filters do not fit 1810 model. Not surprisingly, as B&D wants to sell more filters for the new model.

Be careful when you buy replacement filters, as there are still lots of filters for PHV 1800 on the market.

If you have the right filter for the right model they work great. They are easy to empty, easy to remove and wash, easy to put back.

I noticed that the price on the on this product fluctuates. There is a nice online tool that I use to help catch a good price on Amazon, this tool is called "Online Price Alert". This tool will send you an email when the Amazon item price reaches the target price range that you specify. If you search on "online price alert" in Google it will be come up at the top. I find this tool to be very helpful.

At last a "super" vac worthy of its name. This one really does the job. It is simply the most powerful hand vac I have ever used, and I love the pivoting head. This does a great job cleaning my car.

Be careful, this filter fits the older PHV1800 vac but NOT the PHV1810.
If you buy the new version of the vac you will need a different filter. Try the PVF110.

Too expensive; doesn't last long enough; gets dirty quickly and has to be changed/cleaned too often.
Does do good job of cleaning/filtering.

These filters work perfectly in the Black & Decker pivoting hand vac -- and the seller's service is excellent.

This is a fine filter for an excellent vacuum, that being a 12volt pivoting heat filter that gets dog hair out of your vehicles carpet.
