It's hard to believe that Walmart and Black Decker got away with this scam. The product leaks like a damaged lifeboat and the motor is loud and hot. Maybe they were betting that you wouldn't even get that far, as the top needs to be rotated past some sort of lock built into the lip. More times than not, it catches on something, preventing you from using the damned thing. Avoid.
