The Sandstorm 3-in-1 sander features: a random orbit sanding tip for fine finish sanding and quick material removal, a detail sanding tip for sanding in tight spots and corners, and a finish/detailing pad for fine finishing of large surface areas and tight corners. It also has an integral dust collection for a cleaner work area. The durable 1.4 amp high performance motor operates the sander at 10,500 opm. Includes two sheets of finish/detail paper, two random orbit sanding discs, one extra diamond tip, and kit box.

I was looking for a random orbit sander with finishing and polishing capabilities. Considered the very popular Black and Decker Mouse sander, but decided to put slightly more money into the random orbit machine and not worry about all the accessories. No regrets! This is a versatile tool which handles all the jobs I've had, and the random orbit is comfortable - minimal vibration. I thought the hex wrench was missing from the package, but it turns out it's clamped right to the machine - actually very handy! Highly recommended.

The Black & Decker Sandstorm is great for jobs around the house. The three in one sander allowed me to sand everything from an antique rocking chair to newly spackled walls. The dust collector makes clean-up easy and the second handle allows for good grip while working on big projects.

I bought this sander trying to save a little money. It started out working pretty well, but got to the point where it would take a long time to sand and the finish boot broke in half. Black and Decker did replace it, but by that time I was fed up with this sander and had bought another type. It never picked up any dust and performed poorly in a short while. My advise is that if you are doing any type of half-way serious woodworking, then spend a little extra money. You'll be glad you did (and it will cost less) in the long run.
