Exact replacement for the B&D 18v pivoting hand-held vac.
By far the best price per unit available.

This filer comes up as an automatic recommendation for Black & Decker Pivot Vac (PHV1810 model), but this recommendation is wrong because this filter was for an older PHV1800 model and does not fit the new vacuum.

This older filter is slightly smaller than the new model,and shaped more cone like. The right filter for PHV1810 model vac is PVF110.

A friend of mine has PHV 1800 and I was hoping to buy the same model so we can share the filters my friend bought in bulk. However by the time I got around to buying the vacuum, 1800 was not available, and 1800 filters do not fit 1810 model. Not surprisingly, as B&D wants to sell more filters for the new model.

Be careful when you buy replacement filters, as there are still lots of filters for PHV 1800 on the market.

If you have the right filter for the right model they work great. They are easy to empty, easy to remove and wash, easy to put back.

I noticed that the price on the on this product fluctuates. There is a nice online tool that I use to help catch a good price on Amazon, this tool is called "Online Price Alert". This tool will send you an email when the Amazon item price reaches the target price range that you specify. If you search on "online price alert" in Google it will be come up at the top. I find this tool to be very helpful.

I tried some generic replacement filters for my Black & Decker hand vac and they did not fit as well as the original filter which came in the vaccuum. Being a Black and Decker product, these fit perfectly!

These filters are just the right replacement for PHV1800 vacuum. Best of all is pricing, if you buy the one in the original box you will pay 8 or 9 USD for each one, this package comes with 4 filters for around 20 USD (including shipping). I'm already using one and works just fine. Also, seller delivered as promised.

Last Winter I bought a Black & Decker PHV1800CB 18-Volt Pivoting-Nose Cordless Energy-Star Handheld Vacuum Cleaner.
It met my needs until I vacuumed up something wet - possibly wet leaves that had blown into my home. When that happened although I could clean my outer filter with soap and water, my inner filter became more clogged than a simple wash/dry would clear so I knew I'd have diminished vacuuming power until I bought a new filter. I bought these on Amazon at a much better price than I could find anywhere else. (I shop around) I got several months of good use and power out of the original filter until I made the mistake of tackling something wet.
Except for a design problem with the vacuum,(awkward emptying), I've found this hand vacuum very helpful around the house and in the car.

This 4-pack replacement filter was the best value available at the time I ordered the vacuum which is why I ordered them. I haven't yet had to use any of them but they appear to be identical to the original filter and I don't anticipate any problems. Bottom line, good value and I'm ready to go when I need them!

These filters were just like the OEM product for my PHV1800 18 Volt VAC. Buying a 4 pack made them the best price available.

These look and real like the real thing - like Black & Decker filters but they are much cheaper. I'll buy them again - good shipping time - good price. They last as long as the B&D filters too.

For a product so small and inexpensive, I did a lot of research. The filters matched the description as advertised and worked perfectly well in the vacuum. Price for 4 was comperable to some single unit prices advertised by other vendors.
