This is probably the most handy and versatile kitchen gadget! A 2 in 1 that not only grinds coffee like the most sophisticated grinder but can also, with only changing the plastic cup and blades, chop onions, garlic and any prepping I need for cooking and salads.
It is simply ingenuous! Now I have my chopper always at reach and not taking any space on my counter. I can put both plastic cups and blades in the dishwasher to clean it and wipe the base with a paper towel.
In these times of tough economy, you can't beat this deal: A large 3 cup chopper AND a coffee grinder - ALL IN ONE

This product gets top marks for convenience and appearance. I love the way it is always there, up under the hanging cupboards. If I have a complaint, it is a little underpowered. The first time I used it, I filled the cup and hit the button. Alas, the beans on the bottom ground nicely, the beans on the top were barely fractured. Next time I used it, I filled it half full and had better results. Now I fill it about 1/3 full and I get a good grind. I also used it to chop garlic. It was great for a few cloves. Leave the "paper skin" on and pick the paper out whole after you are done. It will chop quickly, and if you let it go it will chop finely or even get a pretty good paste of avocado. Makes a great salsa. But it takes two or three batches to fill the dip bowl. Just don't overfill it. I like it, I'd buy it again. I'd just have lower expectations for its capacity. Good value.

We absolutely love our new Black and Decker Grinder. Our new home has little counter space so we are utilizing all of the space saver products Black and Decker has to offer. With a new baby in our home, future uses for grinding organic and pure home grown foods for the health of our grandson is an essential part of our lives. We also appreciate quick delivery & customer service. It is seldom that we receive items prior to contacting companies for tracking information. We do a tremendous amount of our shopping on-line from home. Thank you Amazon for continued excellent service & excellent products!

I only had this item few months only use it once a day never washed it just wipe it out but I am starting to get cracks on the side of the grinder cup and i have trying to find a replacement can't find one need help

So I purchased this space saver to grind coffee, because it is white, and because it mounts under cabinet.

It grinds coffee great but you have to limit the amout of beans you put in each grind. It take us two grinds per pot.

It mounted easily with a drill under the cabinet and is truely a space saver. It looks good.

It can be part of a whole line mounted space saver products.

It is loud but more quiet than our Braun grinder.

It comes with a food chopper and blade too for small chops.

So here's the rub, in order to grind (or chop), you have to align, push up and twist the cup onto the unit. No big deal there, but the cup is made of clear plastic and has (over several months) developed small cracks that are propagating from the metal bottom and are growing in length and number. I don't know how much longer it will stay together. I can not find a replacement cup available anywhere other than purchasing a new unit. But hey, it's only $20 bucks!
