I bought this set perhaps 4 years ago from Wally World. For around the house tasks, I have thoroughly used these bits. They have been used with a cordless and a corded drill to drill plaster, 2x4's, 4x4's, hardwood, and sheet metal. I have not had a single bit break, which is outstanding considering the smaller diameter bits. Depending on the task, I have had some of them become warm to the touch after drilling, but that is to be expected. The bite is not overly aggressive so you maintain full control of the drilling. The bits will wander a little if there is not a pre-existing hole, but I just used my center punch and all was well. For the price that I paid and for the use that I received from the bits, I found them to be a real value.
