In spite of its being labeled for use on either eye, this particular patch only fits snugly on my left eye. I'm using it to retrain my eye after a stroke left me with some minor double-vision. If you can't see through the eye then it's probably not an issue, but I find the light coming through the gap which it leaves to be somewhat distracting.
The best feature of this patch is that it allows the covered eye to blink without interference. The last patch I had was close enough to the eye that my eyelash brushed it when I blinked, which was annoying. There's probably no way to make a perfect patch to fit everyone's face and preferences, but this one is the best I've had and only cost a few bucks at Rite Aid.

Nice patch, didn't last long

Small head
May be OK for little people or Halloween.
It has a small elastic strap that is too small for my head. When stretched to use it looses its shape and touches the eyelid. Read more
