Let me start by saying that I am certainly no expert on ear phones or sound quality. However, I know what sounds good and know a bargain when I see one. I've been using these for a few weeks now and wouldn't change them for anything.

When at home, I prefer my Bose noise canceling headphones. They are amazing but not very practical when it comes to exercising (not to mention too expensive to sweat in). So, I started surfing around Amazon for a set to use at the gym that wouldn't set me back too much money but delivered on quality. The options were seemingly endless and I was surprised to see how much people would spend on exercise "buds." I even tried out a few pairs from buddies who spent 2 or 3 times the price of these Pro.2s and the difference in sound quality was unnoticeable!

If you're a walker or you participate in low-impact exercise, merely plug them in your ear and start walking. However, if you're a runner or tend to bounce around a lot, I find it's best to plug them in and then wrap the wire around the ear. That way I'm free to bounce around on the treadmill (or wherever) and I don't worry about them falling out. In fact, I find that they fit snugly in the ear with a nice "seal"(they came with 2 or 3 different sized ear cushions and it took me a few tries to find the right ones for me).

Money is tight all around these days and personally I don't see any reason to spend $50+ on exercise earphones - especially when you can get these for $25. It's a no-brainer.
