Needed some chairs for a high conference table. We searched the internet and local stores and landed on this model based on description as well as pricing. Easy to assemble and adjust. Two concerns - seat could be larger for larger people and there is no adjustment for the amount of tension holding the back in place. Might be perfect as a drafting stool but has drawbacks as choice for a long meeting around a conference table.

I purchased said stool for my studio, and I thought I was getting a fair quality piece of furniture. Turns out I was not. The stool of course comes disassembled, and you must assemble this stool. Everything was going just fine until I got to the arms. It takes three screws, in an elongated triangular fashion. Two flanking, and one at point. Trouble is the pre-drilled holes with a threaded insert are out of line. One of the two flanking screws will not seat, becasue the pre-drilled hole is about a 1/16 of an inch out of place. I was sent a new seat to solve the problem, but the same set up was present. One cannot assemble the stool.
