Package/chair parts arrived on time. It took about 20 minutes to assemble.

Castors roll nicely on the carpet.

Can rest my legs on chair feet, and arms on armrest.

The only negative: there could be more padding on seat, but I added a small pillow.

With office chairs being on the expensive side....this was a very good deal.

I am slender and have an inch to spare on either side of the seat, and two inches to spare between the armrests, so a heavier person might have problems fitting between such.

A really good deal$$ though.

I got this chair for my 18 year old granddaughter and she assembled it while she was watching t.v. She is very proud of the fact that she put the chair together by herself and that is the first thing that she says when showing off her new chair. She says it is comfortable to sit in and it looks great in front of her computer. I highly recommend this product.

Great value and easy to put together. It will tip over if you sit too close to the edge of the seat and bend down to pick up something.

One of the casters did not hold. it broke loose and cause me to fall. The other three are fine so far the chair is NOT stable

This is a very comfortable and well made chair. Great price too. Nice wide seat, strong arms and back. Easy to assemble with provided allen wrench.

I was happy with the price. It is great for sitting in for short periods of time but I would not recommend it for 8 hours of use in one sitting. I only use it for an hour or less in one sitting and it works great for that.

I received my chair yesterday and though it came in a flat box assembly was easy and quick. The gas lift works great I was concerned about that; the chair is comfortable but I wish the cushion was much thicker, after a while of use I can imagine it getting flat and hard. This chair is made with solid parts and is sturdy, it doesn't tip over like some have said and there is room for a medium plump person to fit comfortably in it, my mother is size 14 and liked it so much she didn't want to get out of it. The arms can be adjusted outward as well as the back, so a larger person could fit in it. The arms are the perfect height and contour. I really like my chair.
