I wish that I had purchased these years ago. Talk about knuckle, elbow, ribs and forehead savers. Excellent training tool and I highly recommend them and if you had to use them in a pinch for self-defense they would handily disable an attacker, given you know how to use them.

If you're looking for a good pair of nunchucks to practice with, then this is a great product for its price. It has a nice pad and grip to it with a solid chain that won't break. The only issue I have with them is that if flung with a great enough force the pads will sometimes fly off but is easy to slide back in. Overall great product, but would be better if the pads were glued.
