I gave this to my mom for Christmas as she has been looking for a nice cuckoo clock to replace her broken one. Very disappointed to find out it was so tiny and didn't even cuckoo. How can it be a cuckoo clock if it does not cuckoo?

Terrible experience. Clock was tiny, cheaply made, and didn't come with the chains and weights. I was so disappointed! There is no cuckoo...it's just a square piece of wood glued on the front. Granted, it didn't specifically say it had a cuckoo, but it was in with the other cuckoo clocks and the door LOOKED like it meant it had one. The only good thing I can say is the return process was quick and easy and they refunded the entire purchase price within 2 days. But what a waste of time and effort...they won't get my business again.
