Super Duper Dub, July 20, 2005

Many dub CDs are purchased with high hopes...
then fail to deliver the goods, whether musically
or because of too many vocals, etc. This CD
delivers nicely. It's just what a dub-head wants...
deep bass dub from the 1970's...with King Tubby's
golden touch...no vocals to speak of. The CD
starts off good...and then gets stronger & stronger,
culminating (in my opinion) with the four strongest tracks
at the end. This is no frills dub creatively presented...
as hypnotic as it is heavy & spiritual.
