First, I received this item in a timely manner. Satisfied there.

Also, I like this bag because it has ZIPPERS. Before I bought this bag I had looked around at different and was disappointed with the selections. It seems a lot of the bags these days have a "big flap" that covers the main opening to the compartment and is secured with a plastic clip or velcro. I really don't care for those type of bags. I was looking for a camera case that would not only hold my camcorder, but also at least provide a little protection too. The camera bags with the "flap that folds over" the main compartment opening, there are openings on either side which would allow rain water, dirt, dust, etc...get into the main compartment where your expensive camcorder is sitting. With the zippers, no openings, no worries! This bag is pretty much all zippers which I think is nice. At least it offers a little moroe protection that those bags with velcro, plastic clips, or snaps. Of course it's leather and It shouldn't get caught in the rain anyway, but you never know when you might get caugh in an unexpected rain shower.

The bag has enough compartments to hold my gear. The main compartment has 2 velcro dividers, which is a nice addition. I have a Canon HF10 camcorder and it fits nicely in tha main compartment, I use one of the dividers to also hold my small point and shoot digital camera in the main compartment. Both cameras fit nicely. The bag is a little taller than you need for a camera the size of an HF10, but it's not too overly tall. The side pockets have nice room to hold the battery charger for my camcorder and the charger for my digital point and shoot camera (and batteries too). The front pocket is big enough for the cords (USB, Mini HDMI), camcorder remote control, and A/C adapter that I have. I keep the memory cards in the mesh pocket that sewn underneat the lid to the main compartment. I've got a bonus zippered pocket on the main front pocket. I haven't used it yet, but it's there If I need it.

The bag also comes with a shoulder strap as well. The bag looks A LOT better than what I was anticipating! The leather does NOT look cheap and it's a little soft to the touch. The bag is not too huge, but it's not as small as some of the bags I had looked at. It's more of a medium size.

I wish the electronic stores had a bag like this in stock when I was looking, I would've snapped it up. They had some seriously "ugly" bags for sale. This one is all black (low key look), which I find more pleasing.

The only complaint I have, and it's really not a complaint but a suggestion. It would've been "extra cool" to have a small zippered pocket on the back of the bag as well. But since I haven't used the extra front pocket for anything yet, then it's really non-issue.

I'd definitely recommend this bag for your camcorder and camcorder gear.

Best bag for a camera or camcorder at a reasonable price - looks great, not too small,
not too big, just the right size. Makes a great gift for a family member or a friend,
you might want to get more than one in case they stop making them........
