This is music. Aaron Schroeder is without a doubt the best artist you have not heard yet.
"What We Don't Know" and "Fake Crimes" pull you right in with their upbeat tempo and choruses to sing along to. This album is full of so many different sounds, but still remains cohesive. That's the beauty of Aaron Schroeder. It is rock. It is pop. It is ballads. It is slide guitar. It is storytelling. It is a joy every time to put this on the stereo. Get Black and Gold. It will sound good fifty years from now. That's music.
