About the Author
Mike was born an orphan in London s East End and adopted, Michael Rollin Leathley, into his family in the North of England. He was brought up and educated in the county of Yorkshire. Although his work began in the depths of the coal mines in Yorkshire, his career blossomed and he became a self-made man. He and his wife Sandy then invested in a 25-acre Surrey country mansion, converting it into one of the largest privately owned retirement and nursing estates in the country. A subsequent sale led them to a comfortable life style in the Canary Islands. They now reside in South Florida, where Sandy keeps busy with a travel business. Mike spends his time writing, fishing and golfing. Living this varied and exciting life, in many parts of the world, Mike has lots of action mysteries and thrillers in store, to keep you enthralled.
