So far, the arrays work great. The detox patches came with the arrays. There were no instructions on how to use the patches. The writing on them is in chinese or japanese. I do not read either one.

This is really nice, but you must know stuff that the joke-of-a-instruction booklet written initially in another language does not tell you, like about the softness of water, etc. I would love to own and use this product if it had appropriate instructions. But, I had to return mine as I could not figure out how to use it properly.

I don't really like to post reviews on products that I have not tried but I feel that it may help some people before they purchase this product. The reason that I have not been able to try this product is because the instructions were the worst I have ever seen for a product. It looks as though the instructions were written in a different language and then translated into english very poorly. There are different componets which none of them are labeled. There is suppose to be a bin which didn't come with the product (at least according to the very poor instructions). Some of the things have is what I believe is Chinese only on the item. There are two different things to plug into the main unit (at least I think since the instructions don't say) and one of the items (the wrist band) that is suppose to be plugged has a plug that is not compatible to the main unit. I am not willing to guess on how to put this together to use it when it involves putting something electric into water and then putting my feet into the water with electric item without very detailed instructions. This is why I have not tried. I feel that I threw away $200 on this unit which I will not be able to use. Additionally, I tried to contact the seller to return this and get a refund (minus the shipping) which I was then told to contact tech support and sent a "replacement" item which is what I already got.

I posted this review so that the buyer can beware of what they will be getting.

I use these with my foot detox of course and they work great. I use them at least 3 times a week and they are still going strong after several months!

The arrays work perfect and I am very satisfied with them. However, the Free 10 Detox Patches did not come with any instructions. I would be very grateful if I could receive some written instructions. I have not been able to use them yet.

Francamente, el producto a nivel de hardwere es bueno, no tengo queja alguna, lo que si debo de reconocer es que una vez que lo hemos utilizado salto un dilema y es que a mi parecer el procedimiento no es lo que yo esperaba y siento que debo de investigar mas sobre la técnica y sus beneficios, por otro lado mi asociada considera que la técnica es buenísima y que valió la pena la inversión. asi que si nos preguntan acerca del los aparatos, si, son bueno y cumplen con la función para lo que fueron creados pero la técnica en si es la que no me termina de convencer

The detox spa is one of the best machines. My friend and family all use it and when you look at the filthy stinky water it is a great feeling of both accomplishment and lightness. We feel better having used it and sleep extremely well on the days we use it.My friend uses it to help cleanse her organs especially her kidneys as she has stage 4 kidney disease. 30 minutes and your done. We love it.

From the time I ordered my Array units was less than 5 days and the produt is the quality that I expected. Great job, keep it up. Len
