About the Author

Shaun Webb lives in Michigan with his Border Collie, Cody. Shaun continues working on various projects. --This text refers to an alternate Paperback edition.

More About the Author

Shaun Webb leads a quiet life in Michigan. Shaun enjoys reading, writing and his loyal Border Collie. Shaun has recently become a #1 ranked author on Amazon's perspectives of law, conflicts of crime and theories of law charts.

Shaun continues to work on various projects. You can visit him at www.shaun-webb.com and www.amotionforinnocence.wordpress.com to learn more. Shaun's novels, Black Jacks, A Killer for the Queen, Behind the Brick and A Motion for Innocence...And Justice for All?, are available on Amazon in softcover and Kindle.

Shaun's book, A Motion for Innocence, has been featured in the Milford (MI) Times newspaper and on the Education Examiner website out of Michigan. Shaun has also been interviewed on the ARC radio network in Oklahoma City, Ok, The Sam in the Morning with Bridgetta show out of Los Angeles, Ca, and The Tom Madison Show out of Portland, Oregon.

His second novel, Black Jacks, is a mystery that hits on all cylinders. Probing insanity, murder, corruption and social injustice, it will keep you guessing and on the edge of your seat. Add to that earthly elements, wicca and a touch of religion; good and bad, and you have a book that you can't put down.

A Killer for the Queen was released 3-24-12. Shaun decided to mix a common fairy tale, romance, murder and action all in one novel. It came out with a perfect balance to keep the reader not in a "whodunnit", but more in a "how do you solve it". It's a fun read and is less dark than the previous novel, Black Jacks (Volume One). It's still good and creepy though. Read it at night when you're alone. Double-dare you.

His new novel "Behind the Brick" which depicts the United States circa 2050, has officially been released. The book deals with Government corruption, martial law, and a larger-than-expected bricked facility to house the lepers of society.
Where and what is this "bricked" facility? Who are the lepers of society? What kind of madness within the Government will culminate in the possible transference to tyranny in the US? Get your copy today and find out.

This is an absolute must read! Very suspenseful and a surprise ending! Love all the twists and turns the plot takes! My only suggestion is to read "Black Jacks Volume 1" first. It explains the main characters and the scenarios that started it all. In Volume 2 you see the characters grow and what leads them to make the decisions (good & bad) that have such impact with their lives and others. You will love both of these books-looking forward to the third installment!

Being able to see main character Amy evolve is the best part of this series for me. A thrilling sequel to Black Jacks vol. 1. A new town and a new career don't keep the past from following Amy. I loved the suspense and thrill that are a part of this book.

I also enjoy seeing a new author develop in his craft. A very creative and scary storyteller that I can't wait to read what's next.

I highly recommend A Killer for the Queen. Characters are well developed and the plot grabs you and won't let you go right to the end of the book. Can't wait until the next book written by Shaun Webb is published. Don't miss A Killer For the Queen or any of Shaun's books. They are great!!

I don't normally read this type of book, but I really enjoyed this one. I found It very suspenseful and exciting. Mr. Webb spins quite a yarn. The story took some very unexpected twists. For a relativity new author, Mr. Webb is on the right track. I look forward to the next installment!
