I was unsure about buying this chair because I normally don't buy furnitures online. But after I made a decision and bought this, I was very satisfied. The Build quality, material, comfort everything was good except one of the screw that goes into the arm rest was kinda stiff and hard to get it out. But I managed after 10 minutes fighting for it. Easy installation(Only took me 15 minutes to assemble to one piece). The chair is very very comfortable and the leather feels so nice. I'm sitting on it right now. :D
I highly recommand this product to anyone who needs a decent office leather chair.

This office chair is a bit firm but other than that, it is a good chair.

I've owned this chair going on 2 years now. I've used it almost everyday since I purchased it.

Assembly of the chair was fairly easy (took about 20 minutes from opening the box to assembling it). All of the tools I needed to put it together were included in the bag of parts that came with the chair. A few (2 or 3) of the holes pre-drilled for the screws weren't drilled straight, leading to some screws going in at angles. It only made it slightly more difficult to put together and didn't effect the final look of the chair.

I did not experience the 'stiffness' that other reviewers have commented on, all though I will admit that after a solid six months of use the chair was significantly less comfortable then when it first came out of the box. I can still use it, but I've moved it from my desk where I spend most of my long hours to the living room to use to watch TV in for short periods of time.

The chair didn't have the best smell out of the box, but after a day of airing out it wasn't noticeable anymore. Overall I thought it was a good value for the money, and I'm happy I made the purchase, but Im no longer willing to spend an entire day sitting in the chair now that it has been worn in and isn't as comfortable. If you are ok with replacing a chair with a newer one after a year of full-time use, this is a good buy.

I purchased this chair for my office. After 1 year the lift on the chair broke and it would not adjust the height. The air would slowly leak out until the chair was all the way down. Being 6' 2" tall, this became very uncomfortable. The padding did not hold up and the chair felt like I was sitting on plywood. It became very wobbly due to poor construction. The chair I got from an office store at half the price lasted longer. I do not recommend this product if you will be using it every day.

I've had this chair for 6 months and I can tell the padding is already loosing it's "fluff". I'm not a heavy person so I really don't view this as acceptable wear in such a short period of time. Many of the parts are loose because its next to impossible to tighten it down enough...in some cases when I tried the bolt just snapped off.

I really like the chair, especially for the price but it is a bit tall. I'm 5'11" and my feet are barely flat on the ground now that the seat has softened. My wife who is 5'4" and her feet don't touch the ground. Make of that what you will.
