Impossible to put together! Leather is cheap, screw holes do not line up, leather is very hard, very narrow for a guest chair in an office since there are so many different sized people that can come in. When we did get one put together, the legs did not match up and the chair wobbled. We had to return and the seller DOES NOT PAY SHIPPING!!! (Even if item is defective)! It cost me $84.00 to send ground UPS. They will try to keep a 20%-35% restocking fee also so just make sure you read the return policy before buying. After several emails they did return my money for the chairs, but still refused to pay the shipping.

This is a handsome chair that is also quite comfortable. The price is astoundingly low. The leather (yes, leather) is black pebble grain. The photo makes it look smoother and shinier than the actual chair. The assembly takes a bit of wrestling. Do not follow the order of assembly in the instructions. First get the back inserted in the arms, then slide in the seat and steel tube supports. Significant pressure is required to get the screw holes to line up. An assistant may be helpful.
