Must be seen to be believed: Tokyo's hottest nightclub (decorated only with Aubrey Beardsley, btw) is run by a criminal genius who handpicks the most beautiful boys and girls to be abducted and turned into taxidermized statues on her private island. Did I mention a drag queen plays the 'Lizard? Just gets weirder from there.

I wish this were available on DVD. High camp, wonderful over-the-top performances, strange and wonderful movie. I saw this at a gay film festival years ago and was hooked. Notable for a bizarre cameo apperance by none other than Yukio Mishima... and I won't spoil exactly how he makes that appearance.
