I really love my Black Max 2700-psi Pressure Washer. While using it, I've learned some things I didn't know before I purchased it. First, The advertised pressure rating is not what the washer actually outputs. Static pressure is about 2700-psi, but with the wand engaged the pressure drops. Depending on whether you're using a surface cleaner or just the nozzle, my pressure dropped to 2200-psi and 2300-psi respectively. I discovered this after purchasing a pressure gauge and the necessary fittings. Both pressure ratings are adequate for doing most jobs, like sidewalks, brick and aluminum siding. But still, it would have been nice to know that it outputs the advertised 2700-psi. Although I like my pressure washer very much, two additions would have made it a 5-star rating: A built-in pressure gauge and the ability to adjust the pressure. Hope this helps.
