I bought this chair looking for a replacement for my previous ikea chair, which had a broken gas lift cylinder after a few years of use and a number of moves. While this chair is no Aeron, it is comfortable, as long as you have your desk set to an appropriate height. Unfortunately, the arms are not adjustable and it does not allow you to tilt backwards. Depending on what you are looking for, these could be deal breakers, but the lack of these two features has not been a problem for me at all.

Very comfortable for the price, extremely easy to assemble. Only downfall is the chair doesn't rock. Overall great chair.

I'm very happy with this chair. It was easy to put together and the quality is very good. It's very comfortable with great lumbar support. I plan on buying another one as a gift for my daughter who wanted to take mine home.

This chair is more comfortable than I expected; well constructed and very easy to assemble. The only downsides are the arms are not adjustable and are positioned rather low, also the the back of the chair is not very high, it barely reaches my shoulders. However the back of the chair is very comfortable; it provide just the right back support. Overall, excellent for price paid.

Not a high end chair but a solid product for the price. Arrived quicker than promised and in great condition.

This is a comfortable chair with very sufficient padding on the seat. The best part is the back mesh. I assembled it by myself which took about 20 minutes. I just took my time and layed out the parts before starting. The only thing missing that I miss from my other chair is that the handles are fixed. So you cannot adjust it to any suitable height.

Pros: The seat and back are really comfortable. It's easy to assemble. Amazon shipping was quick but that has nothing to do with the pros of the product.

Cons: Ahh yes. The arms on the chair are not even size. When I try to get it tucked under my desk, it wont tuck in because one arm is shorter then the other. The left arm has broken TWICE! I'm a standard 180 LBS and if you put ANY weight on the arms, it breaks. The manufacturer sent me a replacement in 2 days. However, the arm broke in the same EXACT PLACE: where the screws go into the seat. I have contacted the manufacturer and told them that they need to send me yet ANOTHER LEFT arm rest. I got this product on 10/12/2011. Never buying this brand every again.

Next time I will go with HON. They are expensive but they LAST.

This office chair seat squeaks to much. I would not recommend buying!!! The noise is unbearable.The price is to high.

I just got this chair, but so far I am very happy with it. The seat is firm and my back feels supported (I am a 5'4 woman). Everything is working properly, from the lift to the wheels.

I assembled this chair myself in about 30 minutes. No extra tools are necessary. The most complicated part was figuring out which arm rest goes on which side. After I figured it out, I noticed that it is imprinted "left" and "right." If you're not as impatient as I am, maybe you would have noticed this before the fact. I also struggled a bit with screwing the back on, as it is sort of at an angle and the screws don't really want to go in at first. The next part that I struggled with was the wheels. Initially I thought you must have Herculean strength to push them in, but then I realized you just have to get the angle right. Assembling a chair like this was not the headache that I thought it would be.

While I can't comment yet on how the seat or the mesh back will hold up with use, I am glad I got this chair as it is a HUGE upgrade over the wooden, stationary chair provided by the campus housing. Would be great if the arms were adjustable, but I didn't see anything comparable in this price range.
