I would rate it a zero but that wasn't a choice. I purchased this item and it arrived chipped on the table top; screws were used and the pieces didn't fit together properly and the table was wobbly with lots of loose/chipped wood. I put a bad review on Amazon because to return it the cost was half of the purchase. When the company saw my review they contacted me to say they would give me a 100% refund if I removed the bad review from Amazon and returned the item. I agreed, returned the item and have yet to see a refund. They were very responsive until I took the review down but now that I am trying to contact them about my refund there is no response. Terrible company with bad products. Other reviews can attest to this. I cannot believe Amazon continues to allow this seller to be listed on their site. Bad decision!!!

i was very pleased with this set. for the money i think its awsome for the kitchen area. i like the metal and wood together its very pleasing to the eyes and kind of got a warm home typ feel to the set.

I was a little concerned having something of this size shipped NOT by Amazon. However, I was pleasantly surprised at how well everything was packaged. Extremely easy to put together and definitely better quality than I expected. For the price, you can't beat this set. I highly recommend.

This table is nice for the price that I paid. It isn't super sturdy. My daugher had a habit of sitting on or sometimes climbing across our old table and if she did that with this one it would tip over for sure. It was pretty easy to assemble but there were no marks on the underside of the table to assist with aligning the base in the exact center. So we had to do some precise measuring to ensure the base was centered with the table top. Overall this table looks great and I'm happy with it.

It is a nice set, but the top scratches easily. I have a high traffic area and it seems to withhold my large dogs pushing on it and trying to knock it over. It tips a little easy. My five year old leaned on it and it tipped pretty good. Scared all of us, but she hasn't done it again. It looks beautiful. I bought a bakers shelf to go with it and they look stunning together. I don't have a huge dining room, just a breakfast nook, so this table and chairs worked perfect. The only major problem that i have had was that two of the chairs came without screws. I am still waiting for them a week later but that is the price you pay. All in all I would recommend this table and chairs to others because it is nice and looks nice in small areas. It does have a strong odor when you open the box though. I don't know how to explain it other than a factory smell, kind of like a new carpet smell but more chemical like.

Very pleased with this set. Simple yet stylish and relatively easy to set up. (Easier of course with a second set of hands and eyes). Only issue was that there was slight damage to the edge of table; must have occurred during transport/ delivery. Hopefully this is an anomaly? Overall, great value for the money!

Product arrived within the allotted time and looks beautiful. There were no pre-drilled guide holes or other spacing-markers in our table, but otherwise assembly was painless and the finished product seems sturdy.

Good: Luv the metal designs. (Yes, I'm singing Helen Reddy on this assemble, did it piece by piece all by myself: "I am Woman"

Hint: You'll need gloves if using a manual screw driver, to prevent blisters.

Bad: Missing a single screw on a chair, and the padded chair seats are hard, no softness at all. Not good for long sitting. Chair alignments needs much improvement for assembling. I would prefer holes already drilled for the table and on a added layer, instead of directly into the table. There's not much room for mistakes. Why not have the chairs & table foot pre-assembled and folded for shipping.

I ordered this table and chairs with the matching buffet/bar in the background. It was pretty simple to assemble. The only thing I disliked was the lack of predrilled holes for the table top to attach to the base. But it wasn't a big deal. Do not hang anything on the back of the chairs because the base of the chair isn't heavy enough to counterweight any added weight to the back. I've had them tip over from people not know any better. I like how light weight it all is but still sturdy. I would highly reccommend this product to others. But just realize you are getting what you pay for!
