We got this bed fairly quickly and were excited to get it set up for our daughter.When we removed all the pieces from the box,we quickly realized a few problems.First the footboard holes did not line up with the poles.I had to hold it tightly as my husband bent it to fit.Next we saw that the small design bars on the headbaord were broken 2 on the top and 1 at the bottom.Once it was complete it was still very shaky,when you sit on the bed the whole canopy moves.I guess its true you get what you pay for,but I would not recommend this bed to anyone.

I did not realize when purchasing this product that the metal frame for the mattress was not included. Make sure you have a full bed frame that has slots for the headboard and footboard to be connected.

The bed is ok but came in a box that was crushed, ripped and a mess! The 4 decorative "balls" for on top of the posts were missing. I contacted the company multiple times and they sent me 1 ball!!! I contacted them three more times asking for the other 3 balls and I am still waiting for them. This has been going on since January 18!

I'm very pleased with my purchase of the sunburst full size canopy bed frame. I feel I got what I paid for, and it didn't take me long to assemble. It arrived in the mail in a timely manner, but I was getting antsy! My only problem was the illustrated instructions were wadded up and forced into the box with the metal frame, so when I took them out, the paper was torn and I had to piece it back together to read it. I give this product, packaging and delivery an over-all 4 stars. The frame is a bit wobbley and the directions were damaged nearly impossible to read. However both problems are minor, in my opinion. If you're on a budget and want something that's easy to assemble and looks great, I recommend it!

I feel like it is a good bed with only a few problems the under frame we have the headboard and footboard do not line up with the holes so we cant connect it. Also on one of the canopy poles was crooked and when I unscrewed it to fix it the pole would not tightly screw back in. The bed does look nice but my box was very taped up with everything crammed in it but at least we had all the pieces and screws and nothing was broken.

I bought this frame and got it really quickly but as my fiance and i were trying to assemble it we relized that nothing fit together and multiple parts were rusted and broken, not to mention that half of it was bent out of shape and we could not bend it back.

Don't do it it was hard to put together I had to bend the pieces to fit. Very hard. Box was torn and half open. Rusty pieces. Not happy.

I wouldve given this item 5 stars but it gets three because when it arrived (allbeit on time) the packaging was horrendous. It looked like it had been opened already and retaped by a 2yr old. It was buldgey and there was a hole in the bottom. The little plastic bag the hardware was in was ripped open and it was missing a lot of the nuts, bolts and washers so i had to buy replacements at the hardware store. But it does look great and it feels pretty sturdy. I really like it i was just really dissapointed in the half-ass packaging job.
