I have had this book for sometime but until recently when I began having problems with my 6th grader, I began reading it. This book gives you a daily motivation not only to the reader but helps you to give the same motivation and inspiration to your children. The pocket size book is nice. It can be used over and over. It has 365 meditations, affirmations and inspirations that correlate with each day of the year. In this world of today, a little inspiration can go a long way to get you through the day! Hope you enjoy it.
