I really liked this product when i was taking. It's a bit on the pricey side for me, now i just go with 5-hour energy drinks, but black powder definatly increased my efficiency in the gym. If you mixed it wrong it tasted like crap however. I had great, really intense workouts on it for the first two months, then i stopped noticing the effects. This will happen with any product really if you take it for too long; your body gets used to it. So take it for a month or two, then take a break for a month.

I've always been the guy that hates taking performance enhancing because i feel like i'm cheating/wasting money/endangering my health,but After plateauing in my workouts i did a ton of research and decided to give this product a try...The energy/strength/pump/near instant recovery from sets you get from this are amazing. i live 10 minutes away from my gym and i down the orange flavor(actually pretty good) right before i walk out the door and when i get in there to do my first set i can already feel it working...My weight went up in all areas of my workout. The only reason i gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because i probably doubled my caloric intake and even then had trouble gaining weight because of how much this speeds up your metabolism. The pumps didn't last all day with me, but the energy did. The only thing i would be careful of is that i was almost depressed when i cycled off of it because i missed the energy burst and strength it gave me for my 7am workouts. Other than that it is a great product and i highly recommend it! It takes your body 21 days to adapt, so go 21 days on and 21 days off so you don't have to up the dosage which would waste money and might get a little hard on your body.

This stuff is great. I feel unbelievable pumps, and my veins feel like they're going to pop right out of my body. I don't know why everybody complains about it being expensive. You only have to take one on you're training days, which shouldn't be more than 4 days a week (or else you are overtraining). So, this 20 pack lasts 5 weeks for only 28 bucks or so. I'd say that's a pretty good deal. I trust MRI with all of thier products, and Ed Byrd (founder) really knows his stuff. Awesome product and an awesome line of supplements.
